Job summary

Wonderful is seeking an experienced Senior AR & Billing Accountant to join our global AR team. The role combines billing, collections, accounting, reconciliations and financial reporting to ensure AR data is accurate and aligned with the general ledger.

You will own the end-to-end billing and AR process across multiple entities, review contracts for accurate billing, handle complex billing models and drive timely collections and reconciliations in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AR, billing and related accounting
• Strong understanding of the full order-to-cash cycle
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Experience reconciling AR aging to the GL
• Experience with global cloud marketplaces (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google) is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and excellent written/spoken English

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end billing and AR across multiple global entities
• Review contracts and terms to ensure accurate billing
• Manage billing models, issue invoices and credit notes
• Lead collections, follow-ups and escalations
• Maintain AR aging reports and collection forecasts
• Reconcile AR with GL and balance sheet
• Support monthly/quarterly closings and related entries
• Provide AR data for cash flow, treasury and management reporting
• Assist audits and improve AR processes
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Treasury and Accounting
