BVLGARI in Rome seeks a Senior General Ledger Accountant to manage supplier master data, purchase orders, and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation within internal controls.

You will coordinate with Finance and external partners, maintain high data quality, and support tax compliance, leveraging 3–5 years of accounting experience in a structured environment; fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, finance operations or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous exposure to coordinating multiple operational stakeholders is highly valued.

Mansioni

• Manage supplier master data creation and updates in relevant systems.
• Verify supplier documentation for system set-up and processing.
• Create and manage purchase orders in Ivalua with approved flows.
• Prepare payment files and support payment processing with documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance and suppliers to ensure timely payments and data quality.
