Job summary

Intesa Sanpaolo Group in Milan is seeking an experienced FX Derivatives Trader at Group level to price, trade and market-make across FX Options, covering G10 and/or Emerging Markets currencies.

The role requires 10+ years in FX Derivatives, strong risk management, and autonomy in decision making under defined risk limits. A degree in Economics or STEM and fluency in English are essential; Python/VBA skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in FX Derivatives trading.
• Proven experience in FX Options market making and risk management.
• Strong experience across G10 and/or Emerging Markets currencies.
• Solid understanding of exotic FX products is valuable.
• Experience with volatility and Greeks-based risk and hedging.
• Fluency in English; degree in Economics or STEM.
• Knowledge of FX markets, pricing and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Pricing, trading and market making across FX Options for G10 and/or Emerging Markets.
• Managing market risk from market-making and client activity.
• Managing positions in plain-vanilla and exotic options.
• Providing competitive pricing and liquidity while optimizing risk/return.
• Identifying trading and hedging strategies based on market conditions.
• Collaborating with Sales to support client activity and tailor solutions.
• Contributing to product origination and new solutions.
• Developing pricing models and risk tools; collaborating with other teams.
