Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG is offering a 6-month FX risk internship starting November 2026 in Milan. The role provides exposure to the RMS FX desk, with interactions across Commodities and Rates desks, and a focus on risk management strategies for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and near completion of a Master's in Finance.
• Strong quantitative aptitude and keen interest in financial markets.
• Clear, accurate communicator comfortable in client-facing situations.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Commercial acumen, self-motivated with a strong drive for new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex client risk exposures and contribute to tailored risk management strategies.
• Assist in cultivating strong client relationships through updates on market developments.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Capital Markets to originate new risk management business.
• Gain exposure to the trade process including documentation, onboarding, credit approval, pricing, execution and restructuring.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, financial statement analysis, and term sheets.
