Generali is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own end-to-end product verticals across backend, frontend, and infrastructure in a regulated environment. You will design APIs, build Python backends with FastAPI, integrate Java services, and craft modern UIs with React and Tailwind.

The role emphasizes leveraging agentic coding tools and AI-native workflows, while adhering to secure SDLC practices and compliance (NIS2/DORA). A manager-level position with a competitive salary is offered.

Competenze

• 6+ years of full stack engineering experience with depth across backend and frontend.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
• Working knowledge of secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10) and secure SDLC.
• Cloud fluency with at least one major provider (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC experience.
• Experience with agentic coding tools and AI-native development workflows.

Mansioni

• Design and implement backend services in Python (e.g., FastAPI) with data models and business logic.
• Develop and integrate Java components where needed for interoperability.
• Build frontends with React and Tailwind CSS for performance and usability.
