Ariston Group is seeking a Senior Front-End Leader to guide a multinational IT team in delivering secure, scalable digital solutions. You will act as the primary technical reference for the sub-chapter, drive architectural decisions, and ensure coding standards across React, Angular, Bootstrap and jQuery.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT, 3+ years leading teams, strong front-end expertise, AEM Sites/Assets experience, SCRUM/Agile, and excellent English.

Competenze

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar related fields.
• 6+ years of professional IT experience in multinational contexts.
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong front-end framework experience (React, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery).
• Solid front-end performance, accessibility and maintainability knowledge.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites & Assets, incl. Cloud.
• Familiar with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and PM tools (MS Project/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of English.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary technical reference for the sub-chapter domain.
• Guide developers through architectural decisions and code quality improvements.
• Ensure consistent engineering standards and best practices.
• Identify and allocate resources for Digital Product development per capacity planning.
• Support long-term capability development plans within the sub-chapter.
• Maintain up-to-date platforms with ICT to enhance security and scalability.
• Oversee design, development, and delivery of digital solutions within scope.
• Collaborate with Product Teams and ICT to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Mentor chapter members, onboard new team members, and share knowledge.
