Danfoss in Italy is seeking a software engineer to build React micro frontends for an IoT system, from data collection to UI presentation. You will learn MQTT, Kafka, and Golang services while delivering robust UX and automated quality checks.

You will contribute to design systems, embrace AI-assisted engineering practices, and work in an English-speaking environment. A permanent contract with a clear salary range is offered.

Competenze

• Solid React experience in a real, non-trivial codebase.
• Experience with end-to-end browser automation as a standard feature delivery step.
• Knowledge of front-end build systems and CI pipelines.
• Open to working with structured AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Working proficiency in English (team language).

You’ll join a small, focused team and work end-to-end, from getting IoT data to displaying insights in the UI. Here your decisions matter and have an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build React micro frontends for the IoT system and learn about MQTT, Kafka, and Golang services on the way
• Work on UX, development, test automation, CI pipelines, and frequent deployments
• Use and contribute to our internal design system
• Use AI assisted practices to move faster without giving up engineering rigor

Compensation & Benefits (ITA)

• Contract Type: Permanent Contract
• Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria (CNEL Code C011)
• Annual Gross Salary Range: €35,000 – €45,000
• Bonus Scheme: Variable component expressed as a percentage of annual gross salary, linked to company and/or individual performance.
• Salary Review: Conducted annually, based on individual performance and overall company results.
