Job summary

Objectway, Milan-based, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for tech, digital, and business roles. You will partner with Hiring Managers, define job descriptions, and drive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting, and networking.

You will screen, interview, and assess candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience and supporting employer branding initiatives. English and French proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Psychology, Economics, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Fintech, Tech, or startup environments.
• Experience recruiting IT/Digital profiles (e.g., software engineers, data roles, product roles).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Good command of English and French (B2/C1 level).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end recruiting) for tech, digital, and business roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies.
• Activate effective sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting, networking).
• Conduct screening, interviews, and structured assessments.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with the company’s employer brand.
• Support the development and promotion of employer branding initiatives (events, social media, universities).
• Monitor recruiting KPIs (time to hire, quality of hire, pipeline) and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners in onboarding processes.

To support its growth plan, Objectway is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Milan office. This role will contribute strategically to attracting and selecting top talent, supporting organizational development in a highly innovative and competitive environment characterized by a strong demand for digital skills.

The resource, who will join the People & Organisation team, will be responsible for:

• Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal, communication skills.
• Attention to detail, quality and deadlines.

Contract & Compensation

• Permanent employment with remuneration commensurate with seniority and experience.
• Salary range: €30.000 - up to €35.000 gross annual salary (RAL). The actual final compensation package and CCNL level may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience
