Privatal in Northern Italy is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning, partnering with senior leadership to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.

You will deliver management reporting, analyse KPIs and profitability, build financial models and support strategic initiatives within a PE-backed growth environment.

Competenze

• Strong background in FP&A, controlling or commercial finance.
• Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth or fast-changing environment.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
• Commercially minded, analytical and able to challenge the business.
• Able to operate with pace, autonomy and ownership.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience across functions and/or international markets.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience.
• Fluent English required; Italian advantageous.
