Privatal, a private equity-backed international business, seeks a Senior FP&A Manager to join its finance team in Northern Italy. The role focuses on driving financial performance, planning and strategic analysis, with close collaboration with senior leadership.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, deliver high-quality management reporting, model scenarios, and support value-creation initiatives in a fast-paced growth environment.

• Strong FP&A, controlling or commercial finance background.
• Experience in private equity-backed, high-growth or fast-changing environments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
• Commercially minded, analytical and able to challenge the business.
• Able to operate with pace, autonomy and ownership.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple functions and international markets.
• Advanced Excel and strong financial systems experience.
• Fluent English required; Italian language skills are a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Northern Italy.

• Able to operate with pace, autonomy and a high level of ownership.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple functions and/or international markets.
• Advanced Excel and strong financial systems experience.
• Fluent English required; Italian highly advantageous.
• Based in, or open to relocating to, Northern Italy.
