Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Finance FP&A professional in Western Europe to support the Aortic & Cardiac Surgery businesses. You will perform financial analysis, modelling and planning, collaborating with regional leaders and centres of excellence to drive profitable growth.

The role operates in a hybrid Western Europe setting, with close interaction across WE Finance teams and local country stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or economics.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to FP&A activities including annual operating plan, forecasts, and quarterly estimates.
• Analyze market dynamics, revenue, prices, margins, and expenses; drive actions for growth and profitability.
• Perform financial modelling and collaborate with business to quantify opportunities.
• Support leadership reviews and drive monthly performance analyses with country leaders.
• Communicate trends and forecasts to business and finance counterparts.
