Evotec WD in Verona seeks an experienced Senior Scientist – Formulation & Physical Characterisation to advance early‑stage drug development programmes. You will design, execute, and interpret complex formulation studies and collaboratively shape strategy and project delivery.

The role requires PhD (preferred) or MSc in pharmaceutical sciences or related field, 4–5 years’ industrial experience, and strong communication to influence cross‑functional discussions.

Competenze

• PhD preferred; MSc or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related discipline.
• 4-5 years of relevant industrial experience in pharmaceutical development.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary pharmaceutical development projects.

Mansioni

• Develop formulation and physical characterization activities for early-stage programmes.
• Design, execute, analyze, and interpret complex experiments to support development objectives.
• Provide senior scientific input into project decisions and formulation strategy development.

Formazione
