Evotec WD is seeking an experienced Supervisor – Early Pharmaceutics to lead formulation development and manage laboratory operations. You will guide scientists, oversee project planning, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences and 5–6+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in early formulation development. Strong communication and budgeting experience are valued as part of project delivery.

Competenze

• MSc (or equivalent) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, Drug Delivery, or related discipline.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day laboratory activities for assigned formulation projects, guiding scientists to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Provide technical and operational support to Research Experts and project teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Supervise project scope changes, resource planning, and tracking of activities.
• Support project management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, and delivery updates.
• Ensure laboratory practices comply with SOPs, quality standards, IOPs, and Health & Safety requirements.
• Promote safe, efficient, and compliant laboratory operations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance laboratory processes.
• Support team development through coaching and development discussions.
