You will combine craftsmanship with technical expertise to modify and create products that meet performance needs while upholding the highest quality standards.

Competenze

• Advanced knowledge of footwear assembly processes including lasting, pressing, bonding, finishing.
• Experience operating specialized footwear machinery such as toe-lasting and side-lasting equipment.
• Ability to travel approximately 15% and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Athlete Services, Product Creation, Engineering, Development, and Manufacturing partners to deliver customized footwear solutions for elite football athletes.
• Apply expertise in footwear assembly, lasting, pressing, finishing, materials, adhesives, and construction techniques to create and modify high-performance products.
• Identify and implement product modifications that address fit, comfort, and performance requirements.
• Diagnose technical and process-related challenges, developing effective solutions within demanding timelines.
• Support athlete initiatives and brand moments by ensuring products are prepared, validated, and delivered to high standards of craftsmanship.
• Share technical knowledge and support continuous improvement, helping elevate team capabilities.
• Manage product and component inventory while maintaining operational excellence.
