BB&E is seeking a senior Facility Planner to support NAVFAC EURAFCENT Headquarters in Naples, Italy. This non-supervisory role provides professional facilities and master-planning support for Navy, Marine Corps, and other commands within EURAFCENT, with relocation to Naples as required.

The candidate will coordinate with environmental, real estate, Public Works, and other organizations, utilize NAVFAC systems, and ensure compliance with DoD policies and local regulations.

Competenze

• A minimum of ten (10) years of professional, code-compliant facilities-planning experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Planning, Engineering, or Architecture from an accredited college or university is required.

Mansioni

• Develop Area Development Plans, Installation Development Plans, Capital Improvements Plans, Asset Evaluations, and related planning documents.
• Coordinate Host Nation site approvals, real-estate requirements, space allocations, utilities, energy, and planning products.
• Lead multi-discipline base- and asset-development teams and evaluate demographics, economics, sustainability, and land use.
• Incorporate AT/FP, environmental, and host nation requirements into planning and site approvals.
• Use NAVFAC planning technologies (GIS, iNFADS, EPG, iEFACMAN) to support execution and asset management.
