BB&E seeks a senior Facility Planner to support NAVFAC EURAFCENT Headquarters in Naples, Italy. This non-supervisory role provides professional facilities and master-planning support for Navy, Marine Corps, and other commands across the EURAFCENT area of responsibility.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of ten years of planning experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Planning, Engineering, or Architecture, with fluent English (CEFR C1 preferred).

Competenze

• Minimum ten years of professional facilities-planning experience involving real-estate actions and master planning.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Planning, Engineering, or Architecture is required.
• Fluent English; CEFR C1 preferred, B2 minimum.

Mansioni

• Develop Area Development Plans, Installation Development Plans, and Capital Improvements Plans.
• Coordinate Host Nation site approvals, real-estate requirements, leasing actions, and space planning.
• Integrate Environmental, Real Estate, Public Works inputs and leverage NAVFAC systems.
• Lead multi-discipline base- and asset-development teams addressing demographics, economics, sustainability, and land use.
• Incorporate antiterrorism/force protection, safety, energy, and environmental requirements into planning.
• Use NAVFAC planning technologies such as GIS, ieFACMAN, eProjects, EPG, and iNFADS.
• Review drawings and facility data; translate requirements into planning documents; assess costs, risks, and paybacks.
• Apply DoD planning criteria and local/national laws affecting master planning.
