Parloa seeks an Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end architectures that connect Parloa's platform with complex enterprise environments. You will resolve multi-system integration challenges and apply systems thinking to build reliable AI solutions for global clients.

You will shape the conversational experience using prompt engineering and knowledge of LLMs to translate requirements into agent behavior. Architecture, integration depth, and conversational design are core to this role.

Competenze

• 3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with solution or systems architecture experience.
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale (CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, ticketing systems).
• Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools (Postman) and API authentication (OAuth, API keys, JWT).
• Ability to read API docs and map data transformations.

Mansioni

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI Agent deployments, mapping Parloa's platform into customers' enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems).
• Build and configure integrations using integration platforms and APIs, solving multi-system data flows.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex integration scenarios beyond standard capabilities.
• Apply structured testing to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance.
• Translate complex customer workflows into structured conversational components that LLMs can execute.
