Parloa seeks a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end architectures for enterprise AI Agent deployments, connecting Parloa’s platform to CRM, ERP, and contact center systems. You will craft integrations, prompts, and conversational components that scale across global clients.

You will validate architectures with testing, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and guide customers and partners through complex integration scenarios. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years in enterprise solution or systems architecture.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end integrations across multiple SaaS platforms.
• Experience with CRMs, ERPs, or contact center platforms is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English required.
• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery focus.
