Job summary

EDP is seeking a capable engineer to lead end-to-end energy project opportunities, from initial analysis to final offers, in the Lombardy region. The role emphasizes PVsyst-driven plant design, financial modeling, and supplier negotiation to optimize Capex.

You will coordinate with engineering, sales, and finance teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment. Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with energy project design experience, fluent English, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related technical field with significant professional experience in energy project design and engineering.
• Good proficiency in PVsyst software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of financial models applied to renewable energy.
• Familiarity with CEI standards, fire brigade directives, grid connection procedures, and installation constraints.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of project opportunities from initial phase to final offers.
• Prepare preliminary pricing and negotiate with suppliers to finalize offers.
• Conduct technical site inspections and validate technical documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales and finance for alignment of technical and commercial aspects.
• Support tenders and competitive processes and monitor opportunity progress.
