Job summary

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Strong analog/mixed-signal CMOS design experience.
• Hands-on SPICE-based simulations and verification.
• Familiarity with Python for automation and AI-assisted design.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and optimize NAND core circuit blocks balancing performance, power, area, and reliability.
• Translate requirements into circuit implementations across use cases.
• Verify circuits (DC/AC/transient, Monte Carlo, PVT) at block and chip level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve power, manufacturability, and performance.
• Develop automation tools and maintain user documentation; apply AI-enabled analysis to large datasets.
