Job summary

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in analog and/or mixed-signal CMOS circuit design.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in global multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and optimize NAND core circuit blocks.
• Translate requirements into circuit implementations and evaluate feasibility.
• Verify circuits (DC, AC, transient, Monte Carlo, PVT) at block and chip level.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to improve power efficiency and manufacturability.
• Develop automation solutions and maintain user documentation.
