UL Solutions seeks a Senior Storage Advisory Expert to drive high-impact renewables advisory across EMEA, interfacing with developers, investors and lenders. You will lead due diligence, review contracts, and analyze financial models to support project finance, M&A and investment decisions.

Mentoring colleagues and contributing to regional growth are key parts of the role. The role offers hybrid options from Barcelona, Milan, or other cities, or full remote from NL, DE or IT, with up to 15%

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years in energy storage or related advisory.
• Experience delivering due diligence and advisory reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; local language expected.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Mansioni

• Lead and deliver complex due diligence for energy storage and hybrid portfolios.
• Review EPC, BSA, interconnection, PPA, O&M, LTSA contracts to identify risks.
• Analyze financial models, CAPEX, OPEX, warranties, degradation, and key drivers.
• Prepare TDD reports with findings, conclusions and recommendations.
• Engage clients and lenders as primary contact on projects.
• Mentor junior staff and support knowledge sharing across the org.
• Support business development and proposal activities.
