Fastweb + Vodafone, leader nel settore delle telecomunicazioni in Italia, cerca un Senior EMF Engineer per il Team Technology. Ti occuperai di gestire conformità EMF della rete radio e di definire linee guida tecniche.

L'offerta è a tempo indeterminato, full‑time, Milano ibrido, salario iniziale intorno a 39k euro lordi all'anno con possibile revisione in base alle competenze e responsabilità.

Competenze

• Laurea in discipline STEM e conoscenza delle normative italiane EMF.
• Buona conoscenza delle normative EMF vigenti e interpretazione delle norme tecniche.
• Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra e capacità di guidare progetti complessi.
• Buone capacità di comunicazione in contesto internazionale.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e degli strumenti Office.

Mansioni

• Gestione conformità EMF reti radio e definizione di linee guida aziendali in ambito EMF.
• Supporto tecnico nella predisposizione di risposte a consultazioni e pareri.
• Analisi sull’evoluzione dell’utilizzo dello spettro radio e impatti regolatori.
• Riferimento tecnico interno e verso enti pubblici (AGCOM, MIMIT, ISPRA, ARPA, CEI) e privati su tematiche EMF.
• Referente tecnico in ambito sicurezza inclusi Golden Power e NIS2.

In Fastweb + Vodafone stiamo cercando un Senior EMF engineer per il Team Technology Il tuo obiettivo è gestire all’interno del dipartimento radio mobile di Fastweb le tematiche EMF a livello aziendale In un ambiente dinamico puoi metterti alla prova e incrementare le tue competenze e collaborare con differenti dipartimenti aziendali interni ed enti pubblici e privati In qualita’ di Senior EMF Engineer le tue attivita’ e responsabilita’ saranno le seguenti:

• Gestione conformità EMF rete radio
• Definizione, stesura, aggiornamento e monitoraggio di linee guida aziendali in ambito EMF
• Supporto tecnico alla predisposizione di risposte a consultazioni
• Supporto sull’evoluzione dell’utilizzo dello spettro radio ed analisi degli impatti regolatori
• Riferimento tecnico interno e verso enti pubblici (AGCOM, MIMIT, ISPRA, ARPA, CEI) e privati su tematiche EMF
• Referente tecnico in ambito sicurezza incluso Golden Power e sistemi rilevanti NIS2

I principali interlocutori saranno:

• Enti Pubblici AGCOM, MIMIT, ISPRA, ARPA, CEI e privati
• Riferimenti tecnici del gruppo Swisscom Dipartimenti interni quali Technology, Regolamentare, Legale

REQUISITI ESSENZIALI

• Laurea in materie STEM
• Solida conoscenza delle principali normative italiane in ambito EMF e supporto all’interpretazione della normativa EMF vigente e delle norme tecniche applicabili
• Predisposizione al lavoro in team, sia come membro sia come team leader
• Buone abilità comunicative, atteggiamento di apprendimento e auto‑sviluppo costante, entusiasta di lavorare in un ambiente internazionale e multiculturale, con buone capacità di problem solving e di gestione di progetti complessi
• Orientamento al risultato, flessibilità e attenzione al Cliente Interno ed Esterno
• Buona conoscenza dei pacchetti office (power point, excel, word)
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Retribuzione: Da €. 39.000 lordi/anno.

The final financial offer may exceed the indicated value and will be determined based on demonstrated skills, the level of autonomy, and the actual scope of responsibility assumed in the role.
