Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electronics.
• Solid experience in Linux-based embedded software development.
• Proven leadership of an embedded software team and hands-on contribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions for Linux-based embedded platforms.
• Plan and coordinate development activities to meet project goals, timelines and quality standards.
• Contribute hands-on to design, development and debugging of complex embedded software.
• Ensure best practices in coding, reviews, testing and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with hardware, system engineering, QA and product management.
• Manage technical risks and drive root cause analysis.
• Monitor and improve system performance, reliability and maintainability.
