Job summary

TXT E-TECH, part of TXT Group, seeks a Mid/Senior SW Integrator & FOSS Manager to lead software and system integration while driving Open Source governance within embedded projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop CI/CD pipelines, and manage FOSS/SCA processes in an Agile environment. Hybrid work and a permanent contract are offered with a salary between EUR 40,000 and EUR 45,000 gross per year.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Embedded Software projects experience, ideally Automotive.
• Experience with software and system integration activities.
• Solid understanding of Open Source licensing models and their implications in commercial products.
• Hands-on experience with FOSS analysis and Software Composition Analysis tools.
• Knowledge of version control systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Good command of English (B2 level or above).

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Mid/Senior SW Integrator & FOSS Manager to join our team and contribute to challenging Automotive projects.

The Role

As a Mid/Senior SW Integrator & FOSS Manager, you will play a key role in software and system integration activities while driving Open Source governance and compliance within embedded software projects.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, combining technical expertise in software integration, CI/CD automation, and FOSS management to ensure high-quality and compliant software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support software and system integration activities within the project team.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD scripts and pipelines.
• Perform FOSS analysis on software and system components.
• Define and implement Open Source governance strategies.
• Manage and maintain Software Composition Analysis (SCA) processes and tools.
• Collaborate with development, system engineering, and quality teams.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within Agile environments.

Required Qualifications

Must Have

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of C/C++ software development.
• Experience in Java/Kotlin development for Android platforms.
• Familiarity with ASPICE processes and methodologies.
