Confidential is seeking an Electronic Engineer for our Pisa-based R&D team to develop advanced sensing and radar technologies. You will define product requirements, design analogue electronic architectures, and support the full lifecycle from concept to production launch.

The role emphasizes hands-on circuit design, testing, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment. Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent is preferred.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid grounding in circuit analysis and design fundamentals.
• Extensive analogue circuit design experience (front ends, signal conditioning, power management).
• Proficient with Cadence OrCAD X Platform.
• Knowledge of PCB design and layout considerations.
• Experience with analogue circuit simulation tools.
• Experience with measurements using lab instruments (spectrum/network analyzers, signal generators, power meters).
• Hands-on approach to prototyping and testing.
• Teamwork attitude and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Conceive new designs and schematics for new products.
• Maintain and review existing designs, update components as needed.
• Prepare design-related documentation.
• Perform testing, validation, verification and troubleshooting on circuit board prototypes using lab equipment.
• Lead customer return testing and propose design improvements based on data.
• Define design requirements and coordinate with external contractors for layout and support.
• Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers for part selection and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements on-site at customer/dealer/end-user locations.
