Near-C S.R.L. is seeking a Radar System Engineer to drive system architecture, requirements, interfaces and integration for advanced radar and sensing projects. You’ll work across RF, electronics, software, and power to deliver robust solutions in a real-world, fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, MBSE/SysML modeling, and close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams. A Master’s degree and 1+ years in complex systems, plus fluent Italian and English, are

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Mechanical or similar).
• 1+ year of experience with complex systems (automotive, avionics, railway welcome).
• Strong Italian and English skills.
• Curiosity, drive, and a genuine desire to learn.

Mansioni

• Design the architecture of Radar systems for real-world scenarios.
• Manage interfaces across RF, electronics, software, and power.
• Write and review SRS, ICD, and V&V documentation.
• Work with suppliers, internal teams, and industrial partners.
• Participate in integration and testing to bring the system to life.
• Contribute to configuration management and non-conformity resolution.
