Near-C is an engineering consultancy focused on Defense & Security, building Radar and sensing systems for real-world applications. You’ll be at the core of system architecture, handling requirements, interfaces and testing to ensure full-system performance.

You'll work across RF, electronics, software and power, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams in a fast-moving environment that values hands-on engineering and precise documentation.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Mechanical or similar).
• 1+ years of experience working with complex systems (automotive, avionics, railway also welcome).
• Strong Italian and English skills.

As a Radar System Engineer, you'll be at the core of the system architecture: requirements, interfaces, integration, testing. It's the perfect role for someone who wants to understand how a complex system really works, not just a small part of it.

• Manage interfaces across RF, electronics, software, power - a mix that accelerates your growth.
• Write and review technical documentation that actually matters (SRS, ICD, V&V).

This is a role where you do not work on a "piece" — you work on the system.

Who We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Mechanical or similar).
• 1+ years of experience working with complex systems (automotive, avionics, railway also welcome).
• Strong Italian and English skills.
• Curiosity, drive, and a genuine desire to learn.

Core Skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Hardware/software integration.
• Solid technical problem-solving.

• Experience with Radar, RF, or advanced sensing.
• Scripting (Python, MATLAB) for analysis or automation.
