Ljb & Co is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a data centre project in Milan, Italy. You will lead electrical design and installation, coordinate LV/MV systems, and drive safe, compliant delivery on site.

You will oversee testing and commissioning, ensure HSE compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and timelines. International rotation benefits accompany this role.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years on large-scale construction projects.
• EU Passport or RTW in Italy.
• Experience leading electrical design for data centres.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Provide technical leadership for electrical design and installation activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards
• Lead LV/MV power, lighting, containment, earthing, and backup systems coordination
• Supervise electrical site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality delivery
• Plan and witness testing and commissioning to verify system readiness
• Champion HSE by enforcing policies and local regulations on site
• Maintain project documentation and provide strategic input to management and design teams
