LJB & Co seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer for a Data Centre project in Milan, Italy. You will lead electrical design, coordinate LV/MV power, lighting, containment and earthing, and oversee site execution with emphasis on safety and quality.

You’ll manage testing and commissioning, witness activities, maintain project documentation, and provide technical input to management and design teams while ensuring compliance with international standards and client specs.

Competenze

• Must have relevant electrical engineering degree level qualification or equivalent trades background.
• Must have 5+ years experience in an electrical engineering position on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres).
• Must have EU Passport or RTW in Italy.

Mansioni

• Technical Leadership: Provide expert oversight of all electrical design and installation activities, ensuring systems meet project requirements, client specifications, and international standards.
• Design and Coordination Management: Lead the review and coordination of LV/MV power, lighting, containment, earthing, and backup systems, resolving technical issues.
• Site Execution Oversight: Supervise and support electrical site teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is safe, efficient, and high quality.
• Testing and Commissioning: Plan, manage, and witness testing and commissioning to verify systems are operational and compliant.
• Health, Safety, and Compliance: Champion safe working practices and compliance with HSE policies and local regulations.
• Reporting and Technical Support: Maintain project documentation and provide input to management and design teams.
