Ljb & Co in Milan is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design, coordination, and site execution for a data centre project. You will drive technical leadership, ensure compliance with standards, and oversee testing, commissioning, and safety, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate LV/MV systems and deliver a mission-critical data centre to the client.

This role offers exposure to European high-stakes projects and a comprehensive rotational package.

Competenze

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent trades background.
• 5+ years in electrical engineering on large-scale construction projects (preferably data centres).

Mansioni

• Provide technical leadership for electrical design and installation activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards
• Lead review and coordination of LV/MV power, lighting, containment, earthing, and backup systems across disciplines
• Supervise electrical site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality delivery
• Plan and witness testing and commissioning to verify system readiness
• Champion HSE by enforcing policies and local regulations on site
• Maintain project documentation and provide strategic input to management and design teams
