United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Solutions Architect (EDW Migrations) to lead regional migration strategies across EMEA, develop scalable migration processes, and guide field teams in adopting the Data Intelligence Platform. You will collaborate with leadership, product specialists, and account teams to craft effective migration plans and assets.

The role requires deep EDW modernization experience, Lakehouse architecture, Spark, Python and SQL, with a strong emphasis on mentorship

Competenze

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience in pre-sales, architecting, or consulting roles influencing technical executives and driving database modernization strategy.
• Deep understanding of legacy EDW systems (Teradata, Netezza, Snowflake, Synapse, Redshift, Exadata) and how to migrate workloads to the Data Intelligence Platform.
• Mastery of migration scope and progression taking customers from EDW to full platform capabilities.
• Hands-on Lakehouse architecture experience with Apache Spark, Python, and SQL.
• Experience designing, deploying and optimizing public cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to develop programmatic migration assets and technical guides for field teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor regional teams (SAs/SSAs).
• Experience working with Professional Services and GSIs to standardize migration delivery.

• Lead Regional Migration Strategy with EMEA GTM leadership and account teams.
• Design and drive technical GTM and adoption strategy for large-scale EDW migrations.
• Architect scalable migration processes and create detailed technical guides for field execution.
• Develop assessment tooling to support customer engagements and migrations.
• Serve as tier-3 escalation for complex migrations across must-win accounts in EMEA.
• Scale migration practice by mentoring the EMEA SA/SSA community.
• Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering based on field insights.
• Publish whitepapers and deliver presentations to position the platform as a database modernization leader.
