NES Fircroft in Milan, Italy is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support a major international energy development project. You will manage project documentation, control workflows, and collaborate with engineering, project controls, and contractor teams across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years' experience in document control within Oil & Gas or similar sectors, with strong EDMS, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat skills, plus fluent English.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Document Controller within Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, or Industrial projects.
• Experience supporting large-scale engineering and construction projects.
• Knowledge of project document control processes throughout the full project lifecycle.

Mansioni

• Manage and maintain project documentation in accordance with project procedures and information management requirements.
• Ensure accurate document receipt, registration, quality checks, distribution and archiving within the EDMS.
• Monitor document workflows and support timely reviews and approvals.
• Coordinate with contractor and supplier document control teams to ensure project requirements compliance.
• Maintain and update Master Document Registers and Document Distribution Matrices.
• Monitor document status and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Support information handover during project close-out and transition phases.
• Respond to document-related queries and provide guidance to project personnel.
• Liaise with project teams, contractors, and information management personnel across locations.
• Participate in continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives for document management.
• Promote HSSEQ compliance.
