ams OSRAM is seeking a senior leader to head R&D for the semiconductor product segment in Italy, driving innovation and delivering market-leading data center, networking, and AI infrastructure solutions.

You will define the technology roadmap, oversee the full product development lifecycle, and build world-class engineering teams across Analog, Digital, Verification, and Validation. English fluency is required.

Competenze

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field.
• 15+ years in semiconductor product development and IC design with leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record delivering semiconductor products from concept to high-volume production.

• Lead all R&D activities for the product segment and drive innovation.
• Define and execute product and technology roadmap with executive leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to release.
• Build, lead and scale multidisciplinary engineering teams across domains.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize investments and resources.
