Huawei Italy Research Centers in Milan seeks a Senior Digital Visual Designer to join the Milan Aesthetic Research Center (MARC). The role focuses on developing innovative visual solutions for HarmonyOS across Huawei devices and digital interfaces.

You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to create striking visuals, define product visions, and ensure brand consistency in a multicultural setting. A strong portfolio and English fluency are required.

Proven experience in UI design and art direction for digital products or operating systems.

Collaborate with designers, researchers, and developers to conceptualize and design visually compelling solutions.
Research and analyze emerging market trends across design aesthetics and technology.
Define UX concepts, future product visions, and user scenarios for HarmonyOS ecosystem.
Create high-quality visuals for digital interfaces while maintaining brand consistency.
Contribute to art direction and overall visual strategy of the team’s projects.
Interact with motion designers/3D artists or experiment with motion & 3D to enhance concepts.
