Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to shape the strategy for Digital Asset Custody and tokenization within Global Transaction Banking.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, legal and compliance to deliver scalable Digital Asset services for clients. The role requires 5+ years in product/project management, strong blockchain knowledge, and regulation familiarity (MiCAR, CSDR).

Competenze

• 5+ years in product and project management.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain, crypto-assets and digital asset ecosystems.
• Experience with regulated financial services and post-trade processes.
• Fluent English (C1+); degree in a relevant field; strong MS Office skills.

Mansioni

• Define and drive the strategy and evolution of Digital Asset Custody services, ensuring scalability and long-term sustainability.
• Lead the development of tokenization and Registrar services for issuance on Distributed Ledger Technology platforms.
• Manage product lifecycle activities from value proposition to business requirements and contractual support.
• Coordinate complex projects, overseeing execution, IT validation, risk monitoring, budget, vendor assessments and outsourcing.
• Support client-facing teams during business development and onboarding for Digital Asset services.
• Participate in industry groups and banking associations to shape market practices and standards.
• Analyze regulatory developments (MiCAR, DLT Pilot Regime, CSDR) and assess impact on products and operations.
