PwC Italy's Advisory practice is seeking a Consultant specialized in Blockchain and Digital Assets to support growth of our services for financial institutions, corporates and fintechs in Milano. You will work with senior team members on projects to understand, design and implement blockchain-based solutions and digital asset initiatives.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of professional experience in the blockchain and digital assets industry.
• Strong understanding of the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem.
• Ability to combine business thinking with a solid foundational understanding of blockchain technologies and their practical applications.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Structured mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-evolving environment.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Support project teams across the lifecycle of blockchain/digital assets initiatives, from market and use case analysis to the design and implementation of blockchain-based services and digital asset solutions.
• Contribute to the development of client deliverables, including presentations, reports, business cases and strategic analyses.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, regulatory developments and technological innovations within the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem.
• Help translate blockchain-related concepts into clear business insights for internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues, technology providers and clients to support project delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes.
