The Bip Group è alla ricerca di un Senior DevOps Engineer per il CoE IoT in Italia. Il ruolo richiede gestione di CI/CD, Kubernetes/OpenShift on-prem e in cloud (GKE), infrastrutture come codice e scripting. Opportunità di crescita, lavoro ibrido e pacchetto benefit.

Si offre ruolo full-time in Italia con stipendio indicativo tra 45.000€ e 65.000€ lordi all'anno, con possibilità di sviluppo professionale e formazione continua.

Competenze

• Esperienza nella definizione e gestione di CI/CD, preferibilmente con Github.
• Gestione di cluster Kubernetes on-prem e in cloud (OpenShift).
• Gestione Google Cloud IaaS e GKE.
• Script o linguaggi di programmazione per automazione.
• Strumenti di infrastruttura come codice.
• Ambienti di virtualizzazione KVM o VMware.
• Ottimizzazione di applicazioni ad alto traffico e broker di messaggi (Kafka).
• Conoscenza eccellente di Linux.

• Definire o migliorare i processi SDLC interagendo con i team di sviluppo.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our IoT team.

What is the challenge we propose to you?

• Define or improve the SDLC processes of the solutions by interacting with development teams
• Define or improve the observability of solutions
• Contribute to the improvement of reliability (reliability) of solutions
• Contribute to technology scouting
• Contribute to the diffusion of the devops approach in teams
• Mentor less experienced colleagues

What do we expect?

• Experience in managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Github
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters on-prem and in the cloud, in particular Red Hat Openshift
• Experience in managing Google Cloud IaaS and GKE
• Experience with shell scripting or programming language
• Experience with tools to manage "infrastructure as code"
• Experience in managing KVM or VMWare virtualization environments
• Experience in tuning and scaling-up of high traffic applications (number of requests)
• Experience managing and tuning message brokers, preferably Apache Kafka
• Excellent knowledge of the Linux operating system

What we offer

The expected salary for this position ranges from €45,000 to €65,000 gross per year, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and seniority level.

The contractual level will be defined during the selection process based on the identified profile and in compliance with current regulations and the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry.

The indicated salary refers exclusively to the Gross Annual Salary (RAL).

The overall package may include additional variable components linked to the achievement of specific individual and/or corporate goals, as well as company welfare and benefits. The final economic offer will be determined based on the characteristics of the selected profile and its alignment with the position's requirements.
