A leading logistics real estate developer is seeking a (Senior) Development Manager to join their Italian team in Milan. The role involves sourcing and developing BTS projects across Italy, managing relationships with stakeholders, and preparing development budgets while working in a dynamic collaborative environment. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in logistics or industrial real estate, strong understanding of zoning and permitting processes, and fluent communication skills in both Italian and English.
