EssilorLuxottica seeks an Offices & Showroom Senior Designer to lead global office and showroom projects from concept through delivery. You will ensure alignment with corporate design guidelines while introducing innovative solutions that strengthen brand identity and user experience.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience managing international office/showroom design projects in a multinational environment.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of interior and workplace design principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Creative Suite and MS Office; Revit is a plus.
• Strong creative vision and passion for architecture, fashion and design.
• Excellent communication across cultures and functions.

Mansioni

• Lead the design and execution of office and showroom projects worldwide from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate all project lifecycle phases: feasibility, design development, procurement, construction, handover.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with quality and brand guidelines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners for effective project execution.
• Promote sustainable design practices and compliance with local regulations.
• Present design concepts and project updates with accurate documentation.
