EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Offices & Showroom Senior Designer to lead design, development and implementation of office and showroom environments worldwide. Reporting to the Design Lead, you will oversee projects from concept to delivery, aligning with corporate design guidelines while introducing innovative solutions that reflect our brand identity, functionality and user experience.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field is required.
• Experience managing international office/showroom design projects in a multinational environment is essential.
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of interior design and workplace design principles.
• Proficiency with design and PM software (AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office); knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Fluent English and Italian; French is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead the design and execution of office and showroom projects worldwide from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate all project phases: feasibility, design development, procurement, construction and handover.
• Ensure timely delivery within budget and maintain quality and compliance standards.
• Conduct site visits for progress monitoring and quality control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage external partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Promote sustainable design and compliance with local regulations and company standards.
