Behavox, a cloud-native AI company, is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager in Milan with hybrid working arrangements. The role owns program-level delivery for complex enterprise engagements, aligning scope, sequencing, dependencies and costs across delivery streams to ensure contractual commitments and client value realization are met.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of delivery or project management experience and will provide guidance and quality oversight to junior Delivery Managers while

Competenze

• Deep knowledge of program-level delivery structures and controls.
• Understanding cloud-native architectures and delivery implications.
• Knowledge of data integration patterns and network connectivity like SMTP/SFTP.
• Ability to assess cost drivers and resourcing across programs.
• Ability to guide and coach junior Delivery Managers.

• Owns end-to-end delivery outcomes across a defined program.
• Make program-level decisions on scope, cost, effort and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate cross-project risks and dependencies.
