Job summary

msg Group is seeking an experienced data scientist to design and deploy end-to-end ML solutions that solve real-world business problems. You will mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to productionize models for finance, insurance, and manufacturing use cases.

You will push innovation by applying the latest AI advances and maintaining high-quality code in a global team focused on AI-driven transformations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, ML, and software development.
• Strong Python proficiency; knowledge of Java, C++ or similar is a plus.
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and testing; CI/CD experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; familiarity with big data tech (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Experience designing and deploying ML models at scale.
• Strong cloud understanding (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Professional proficiency in English
