Satispay is seeking a Senior Data Engineer in the Lombardy region to design and scale a Lakehouse-based data platform. You will own Redshift integration, dbt, CI/CD, and orchestration, guiding analytics and ML tooling across teams.

You will mentor engineers, strengthen data governance, and ensure secure, high-quality data pipelines with both batch and streaming capabilities.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years designing and maintaining complex enterprise data platforms.
• Strong SQL and proficiency in Python/Java/Scala.
• Experience with batch and real-time streaming architectures.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, and observability.

As Senior Data Engineer at Satispay, you will shape and scale the next-generation data platform. You’ll design a Lakehouse-based architecture that integrates with Redshift, enabling high-performance analytics for analysts and business teams. You’ll empower self-service analytics, own the dbt framework and CI/CD practices, and lead reliable orchestration, streaming, and ML tooling. This role blends platform engineering with governance, security, and mentorship in a fast-paced fintech environment. You’ll have a clear impact on data quality, speed, and empowering data-driven decisions across the organization.
