Satispay is seeking a Data Analyst - Analytics Engineering in Lombardy to shape data strategy and build AI-enabled data assets for informed decision-making.

You will own end-to-end data pipelines, collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Product, and drive insights across the consumer funnel with scalable models and dashboards.

• 5+ years in data-related roles including engineering, analytics or BI.
• Strong SQL, dbt, and Python proficiency.
• Experience with Data Mesh concepts and AI-enabled workflows.

As Data Analyst - Analytics Engineering, you will shape data strategy and build scalable, AI-enabled data assets to empower decision-making. You will join the Growth & Marketing analytics team, driving intelligent insights across the consumer funnel. Expect to design data models and pipelines that align with a federated data strategy, and develop AI-powered workflows and dashboards that help stakeholders act on data. This role offers ownership of data architecture, analytics tooling, and cross-functional impact in a fast-changing, growth-focused environment.

• Lead design of the Data Mesh layer with scalable data models and governed ownership
• Define and implement AI-powered agentic workflows for data transformation and exploration
• Build high-impact visualisation tools and dashboards to communicate insights
• Analyse complex datasets to identify patterns affecting Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, Monetisation
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product to align data work with business goals
• Own end-to-end testing pipeline from opportunity identification to experiment results
• 5+ years in data-related roles (Data Engineering, Analytics, BI) with 3+ years in high-volume/big data environments
• Strong command of SQL, dbt, and Python
• Experience with Data Modelling, ETL, data governance, and Data Mesh at scale
• AI fluency with ability to work with AI tools or agent APIs
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to deliver evidence-based recommendations
• Stakeholder management and communication skills to lead cross-domain initiatives
