Amazon is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for the EMEA Data Center Construction team based in Rome, Italy. You will manage General Contractors, oversee MEP disciplines, and drive safety and quality on data center sites.

The role involves strategic and tactical contract management, collaboration with developers and vendors, and supporting bids, proposals, and claims with precision. International travel may be required.

Competenze

• 7+ years in construction management of large, complex projects with MEP systems.
• Experience with live facilities like data centers and energy plants.
• Professional certification such as CCM or CPC is preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage General Contractors on data center sites and review all disciplines.
• Oversee safety, quality control, and commissioning support.
• Administer construction contracts and commercial processes.
• Lead negotiations, bid reviews, and change management with vendors.
• Report schedule, cost, and budget metrics and forecast outcomes.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and coordinate with internal partners.
