Digital Realty is seeking a Senior Construction Manager – Data Center (M/F/X) stationed at Abbiategrasso to lead end-to-end data center campus construction projects, from design through commissioning. The role requires delivering on time and within budget while upholding safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in a demanding, international environment.

You will manage multi-project portfolios, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee contracts and procurement, drive continuous process

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years progressive management in design and construction.
• Experience managing multi-country projects and large developments.
• Proven expertise in construction project management, including digital tools, risk management, automation.

Mansioni

• Manage multiple data center campus construction projects end-to-end (design, tendering, construction, commissioning/hand-over).
• Oversee and monitor on-site works and progress.
• Lead project teams and coordinate stakeholders across functions.
• Manage contracts and procurement follow-up, including major equipment; ensure HSE standards.
