Digital Realty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer to support the launch of a data center in Trigoria, Italy. This role involves directing the Operations Site Team, managing maintenance tasks, ensuring SLAs are met, and upholding safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in electrical and mechanical environments, knowledge of critical infrastructure components, and is proactive. This position is crucial for maintaining the operational integrity of the facility.

Competenze

• Strong experience in electrical and mechanical environments, especially in data centers.
• Self-driven, well organized, able to prioritize tasks with attention to detail.
• Proactive and adaptable to change.

Mansioni

• Direct daily Operations Site Team and ensure safety protocols are adhered to.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance tasks on building services infrastructure.
• Coordinate incident management and maintain compliance with SLAs/KPIs.

Conoscenze

Experience in mission-critical mechanical & electrical environments

Knowledge of UPS's, Generators, and Cooling systems

Decision-making skills

Fluent in Italian and English

Formazione

Recognized formal electrical training (City and Guilds etc.)
