Siemens Energy is seeking a Legal Counsel to support the Grid Technologies business area in Italy. You will handle a broad range of legal matters, including sales, procurement, licensing contracts, and claims during execution, with a focus on EPC contracts and public award procedures.

You bring Italian qualification and fluent English, 5+ years in international settings, and strong negotiation skills in FIDIC forms.

Competenze

• Fully qualified lawyer under Italian law with international exposure.
• Minimum 5 years in legal dept of an international company or law firm.
• Experience negotiating and drafting EPC contracts; familiarity with FIDIC forms.

Mansioni

• Support sales, procurement, and licensing contracts.
• Draft templates; manage claims during execution phase.
• Provide counsel to production facility and oversee public procurement matters.
• Engage outside counsel cost-effectively and collaborate with global Legal Counsel community.
