Turner & Townsend in Italy is seeking a Senior Cost Manager/Cost Manager to join our Cost Management team. You will oversee cost control across projects, lead budgeting, and provide insights to optimise spend.

Working within a collaborative, professional team, you will manage client relationships, review bids, and drive cost reporting. Strong English language skills required; Italian knowledge is a plus. This role offers opportunities for rapid career progression.

Competenze

Strong English skills required; Italian language knowledge is advantageous.
Technical knowledge of Hi Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial, Data Centres or related facility asset types.
Experience with multiple estimating tools and applications.
Good knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement.
Experience with spreadsheets and databases.
Collaborative approach with clients and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally in a consultancy environment.

Mansioni

Oversee the entire cost management process from initial budget development to final project closeout.
Collaborate closely with project teams to estimate costs, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports.
Conduct cost analyses and recommend strategies to optimise project budgets.
Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to cost control measures.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies, then monitor implementation.
Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive cost efficiencies.
